Anne Hathaway: ‘I’m Unemployed!’

Anne Hathaway continued her awards show winning streak on Sunday at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, but the actress has revealed that after she’s done collecting statues she’ll have some free time on her hands.

“I had a film lined up that we’ve taken a breath on,” Anne, who took home the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for playing Fantine in “Les Miserables” on Sunday, told’s Laura Saltman.

“I’m unemployed,” she added with a laugh.

“It’s such a funny experience to sort of be here and be in some ways at the pinnacle of what you can achieve as an actor, but also know that you don’t have a job. But that is the life of an actor,” the 30-year-old explained.

Despite having some free time ahead of her, the actress – who is considered by many as the Oscar frontrunner in Supporting Actress category – has some ideas planned to keep her and husband Adam Shulman busy.

“I’ll be hosting lots of dinners at my house,” she explained. “We’re nesting and playing with the dog… We’re chilling. It’s good.”

“I think you’ll have a job pretty quickly,” Laura added.

“Maybe,” Anne said with a smile.

The actress was slated to star in Steven Spielberg’s “Robopocalypse” with Chris Hemsworth, but the project was put on hold due to script issues.
