Arrest Warrant Issued For Tom Sizemore

LOS ANGELES (May 31, 2007) — A judge has issued an arrest warrant for actor Tom Sizemore, Access Hollywood has learned.

In papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office requested the actor’s probation be revoked after he allegedly violated his probation.

As a result, Sizemore must now turn himself over to authorities.

According to the papers, Sizemore violated the conditions of his probation by allegedly “being under the influence of methamphetamine, opiates and marijuana” and “possessing methamphetamine” and “drug paraphernalia” on May 8, 2007.

On May 8, Sizemore was arrested outside the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Bakersfield, California after officers responded to a call about an altercation in the hotel lobby.

When they arrived, officers claim they found the drugs in his vehicle. He has pleaded not guilty to several drug-related charges.

Sizemore, who appeared in the movies “Saving Private Ryan” and “Black Hawk Down,” was also convicted of methamphetamine possession in October 2004.

His probation was revoked the following year after he acknowledged faking a drug test and failing to be checked for drugs every three days.

Probation was reinstated, but Sizemore faced another parole revocation and prison time after testing positive for drug use in early 2006. A judge gave him three years of probation, and Sizemore was ordered to submit to weekly drug tests.

Sizemore also was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. He had been free on bail pending an appeal in that case.
