The world of Felicity Smoak is expanding – “Arrow” has cast her mother.
Actress Charlotte Ross (Quinn Fabray’s mom, Judy Fabray on “Glee”; “NYPD Blue” alum) confirmed she had been cast in The CW series, Tweeting about the news on Friday.
“THANK YOU for the unbelievable welcome & love from all the @CW_Arrow #fans! I’m extraordinarily touched & humbled… #MamaSmoak #BestFans,” she Tweeted.

Her TV daughter, played by Emily Bett Rickards, welcomed her by Tweeting, “hey mama!”
