After first being accused of cheating on wife Demi Moore earlier this month, tabloid Star magazine is yet again claiming Ashton Kutcher has stepped out on his marriage.
The tabloid reported that Brittney Jones claims she met the actor in July at Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood. She goes on to claim that she slipped her phone number – reportedly written on a cocktail napkin.
Then Brittney told the tabloid that a few days later she had sex with Ashton in the home he shares with Demi.
“I felt totally comfortable in his arms,” she told Star. “It was tender and nice — not some random sex act.”
On July 24, the actor Tweeted a photo of a bowling alley, writing, “I’m feeling a 300 … “
On Thursday, Ashton Kutcher’s attorney, Marty Singer told Access, “Star Magazine continuously publishes lies about Ashton Kutcher and many other celebrities. This is not the first, nor will it be the last time they engage in reckless conduct.”
A rep for Star told Access, “Star stands by its story.”
Following the first round of cheating claims – where Star claimed that Ashton was seen kissing a young blonde woman at LA’s Madeo restaurant – the actor’s attorney told Access the story was an “absolute lie” and said they are “demanding Star issue a retraction and an apology.” A spokesperson for Star said the magazine “stands by its story.”
The actor also addressed the first round of cheating rumors on his Twitter writing, “I think Star magazine calling me a “cheater” qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees… STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction.”
Demi also chimed in on the matter, Tweeting, “Excellent point my love!
