Ashton Kutcher To Play Steve Jobs For Big Sceen Biopic

Ashton Kutcher mastered Twitter long ago – now, he’s got his sights set on Apple.

Kutcher will play Steve Jobs in a big screen biopic of the late Apple mogul, according to Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.

The indie film, “Jobs,” will follow the technology titan’s journey from a Northern California hippie to the co-founder of Apple.

The movie will be directed by Joshua Michael Sten, whose other directorial credits include “Swing Vote” (2008) and “Neverwas” (2005).

Production will reportedly begin right away in effort to beat Sony’s own Jobs biopic, based on the bestselling book by Walter Isaacson.

Jobs died on October 5, 2011. He was 56.

Kutcher last appeared on the big screen in the ensemble rom-com “New Year’s Eve.”
