Attacker Of ‘Jersey Shore’s’ Snooki Found Guilty Of Assault

“Jersey Shore” has caused its fair share of controversy, but one incident – caught by the show’s cameras – landed a man with an assault charge.

In an episode set to air on the reality series next week, clips of which have already been circulating online, Nicole Polizzi, AKA Snooki, is seen being punched in the face at a bar by a man.

According to TMZ, the incident, which occurred on August 19, went down at the Beachcomber Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, between Snooki and Brad Ferro.

Ferro, who is not a castmember of “Jersey Shore,” reportedly threw the punch over a cocktail. Ferro reportedly tried to take Snooki’s drink and when she yelled at him, he assaulted her.

Ferro was reportedly found guilty of assault, fined $500 and given a six months suspended jail sentence.
