‘Avengers: The Age of Ultron’: Paul Bettany To Play Vision

Paul Bettany could be pulling double duty in “Avengers: The Age of Ultron.” The actor who has voiced Iron Man’s trusty computer assistant, Jarvis, in four Marvel movies has been cast as Vision.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the British actor will star as the android, who is a member of The Avengers.

In the Marvel comic book universe, Vision is created by Ultron, the main villain in the upcoming Joss Whedon movie. He also goes on to marry the Scarlett Witch, who will be played by Elizabeth Olsen.

Some are speculating that the big screen version of Vision could deviate from the comic book cannon and morph from Tony Stark’s computer assistant into a physical being.

“Avengers: The Age of Ultron” will hit theaters on May 1, 2015.
