“So excited for the big day! @DesHartsock and I can’t wait to share with everyone! #countdown #9days #hopingforsun,” he Tweeted just three days ago.

Maggie Sotero announced in a press release last January that they had teamed up with Desiree to design a one-of-a-kind gown for own wedding as well as a collection of dresses for the label called Desiree Hartsock with Maggie Sottero. They also promised brides-to-be that a dress resembling Desiree’s will be available off the rack after she said “I do.”

“As an aspiring bridal designer, it’s been a goal of mine to learn from the best in the industry and to incorporate the genius of other gifted designers into my own experience,” Desiree said of the partnership. “From my years as a bridal sales associate and stylist, I can’t think of a better mentor and partner than Maggie Sottero and I’m thrilled with the opportunity.”

Once her season of “The Bachelorette” wrapped and Desiree and Chris were permitted to go public with their romance, they spoke to Access Hollywood about their thoughts of televising their vows.

“That’s something we have discussed and it’s something that we would have to decide when the time is right, but we do want something that’s more intimate and maybe a little smaller, so we’ll see if that constitutes a TV wedding,” she said.

Desiree moved to Seattle to live with Chris after “The Bachelorette” finale aired in August 2013.
