After its heart-stopping finale on Friday night, Cinemax’s “Banshee” will be back for a second season, and AccessHollywood.com has exclusive details about one character set to return.
British actor Ben Cross (“Chariots of Fire,” “Star Trek”), who plays Ana/Carrie’s father, Rabbit, will return for Season 2 as a series regular, Access can reveal.
As fans saw, Rabbit was shot by his daughter in the Season 1 finale (well, he was caught torturing Ana’s love, Lucas, after all), but, the door was left open for the actor to return, thanks to a bloody trail of footprints!
“We wanted every episode to be like this full meal for the audience,” showrunner and Executive Producer Greg Yaitanes previously told AccessHollywood.com of how the “Banshee” team approached the first season. “If we’re entertaining people Fridays at 10, I wanted to live up to that and give back for giving me your Friday nights.”
