Batman’s Batmobile Makes Millennium Falcon Cameo

J.J. Abrams and Zack Snyder continue their online nerd dance – this time, the Batmobile is making a cameo on the Millennium Falcon – did your geek brain just explode?

Bad Robot, J.J.’s production company that is producing “Star Wars: Episode VII,” Tweeted a link to a YouTube video with the iconic spaceship and there is a curious item piggybacking on the bottom of Han Solo’s ship.

A small version of Batman’s Batmobile (which many fans have been calling out as not looking cool enough) appears to be stuck to the bottom of the Falcon in the video titled, “Hunka Junk.” (Han’s ship is repeatedly called out in the first three “Star Wars” movies, Luke Skywalker exclaims upon first viewing of the ship, “What a piece of junk!”)

Bad Robot’s latest nod to Batman comes on the heels of Zack Tweeting a photo of Gotham police arresting a stormtrooper after reports claimed that the Batmobile was stolen from the set of “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” in Detroit.

J.J. and Zack have gone back and forth with fun social media antics, including Henry Cavill (who plays Superman) dressed as a Sith Lord and C-3PO dressed as Batman perched on the edge of a building with the Rebel Alliance symbol (replacing the Bat signal) lighting up the night sky.
