Beyonce ‘Definitely’ Wants To Do Broadway

Beyonce may have a successful career in music and film, but the star told Reuters recently that she has dreams of Broadway.

“It’s my ideal job,” she said. “I’ll be able to go to the theater every day and drop my kids off and maybe make some food – maybe I’ll know how to cook by then – and then go do what I love and have some normalcy and have a regular schedule.”

The multi-talented star, who married hip-hop mogul Jay-Z last year, added that her upcoming world tour for “I Am… Sasha Fierce” could be a good warm-up for the Great White Way.

“It’s really theatrical,” she said. “And I do, of course, all the singles.”

“I definitely want to do Broadway,” she reiterated.

And as for those kids — Beyonce told Access Hollywood in 2006 that she wanted to have children by the time she turns 30 in 2011, but last year, she admitted to Access that they may still be a ways off.

“The kids, I don’t know… in three years maybe,” she said at the time.
