Beyonce To Direct & Star In New Documentary (Report)

She’s a fashion designer, actress and Grammy Award-winning singer, and now, Beyonce is reportedly looking to add director to her illustrious resume.

The 30-year-old superstar is shopping a documentary film centered around her life and career to Hollywood studios, according to the LA Times.

The movie is being packaged as “a mix of music and personal study, blending concert footage with confessional interview,” a source familiar with the project told the paper.

In addition to the reported documentary, Beyonce is also attached to several fictional movie roles, including Clint Eastwood’s a remake of “A Star Is Born,” and the animated film, “Epic,” where she will voice the character of Queen Tara.

Beyonce’s previous film credits include 2002’s “Austin Powers in Goldmember,” “The Pink Panther” (2006), “Dreamgirls” (2006) and “Cadillac Records” (2008).
