Here it is Saturday morning at 9am and I have just returned from my favorite breakfast spot on Beverly Glen Blvd., which is clearly a favorite of the great John Tesh. Yes, The Tesh was there before me and he could not be a nicer guy. Truth be told, I have seen him once before outside the neighboring Starbuck’s, but in a ball cap and shades, he did not notice me. As I was exiting with my wife and daughters, our eyes met, this time definitively, and there were sparks.
He was sitting in a booth with HIS daughter spending some Q.T. Two guys, both with daughters, both legends (joking here) in celebrity news, both musically gifted (joking again…I can’t play hot cross buns)… But I must say, there are some people whose radiant warmth disarms you, welcomes you, and leaves you feeling better. He’s one of those guys.
ET was good when he was at the helm. If they got him back, I’d quit in fear.
