Blake Shelton Spills Wedding Details; Talks Baby Plans With Miranda Lambert

Country superstar/”The Voice” mentor Blake Shelton stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Friday to dish on his recent wedding to fellow country superstar, Miranda Lambert, and the blue-eyed hunk confirmed rumors that he and his lovely bride did indeed harvest their wedding feast themselves!

“One of our hobbies is we love to hunt and fish,” Blake, 34, told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover of he and Miranda’s favorite pastimes. “So we thought, last fall, ‘Man, we’re getting married. Let’s save our deer meat and stuff for the wedding.’

“This look is greatness right now, from both of you,” he laughed, gesturing toward Billy and Kit’s wide-eyed, slightly shocked faces.

Kit finally managed to recover from the hunting news long enough to squeak out a response.

“I think it’s… impressive,” she said while Billy laughed.

“And for the vegetarians, we picked our own vegetables too,” Blake continued with a smile. “We were very hands-on through it all.

“We grew everything that was consumed,” he jokingly added.

The charming couple tied the knot last month in Texas in front of a reported 550 guests — a few of whom really enjoyed the party, according to Blake.

“Oh my God, there was a lot of people there,” he told Billy and Kit. “Charles Kelley from Lady Antebellum was so drunk that he couldn’t see his hand in front of his face.

“I really hope [Charles] sees this air because he got up and he wanted to do some karaoke,” he continued, laughing. “But he decided he wanted to do it while Dierks Bentley was already doing some karaoke! He made a jackass of himself.”

As for baby plans, Blake said it will happen, just not right now.

“We talked about it a couple of times – just enough to say, ‘You know what? We need to revisit this later,’” Blake revealed, when asked if he and Miranda are planning to add to their new family. “My thing is taking up all my time right now, and her career is taking up all of her time, and it just doesn’t seem like the right time right now.

“I’m sure at some point it’ll happen, but I don’t know when,” he added.

Blake’s new album, “Red River Blue” drops on July 12.
