Bobbi Kristina To Follow Mom Whitney Houston Into Singing

Whitney Houston’s daughter revealed that she’d like to follow in her mother – and father’s – footsteps… by becoming a singer.

During Whitney’s appearance on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” Oprah asked Bobbi Kristina, now 15, if she planned to pursue a singing career.

“Yeah,” the teen replied.

“I know she hates it, but it’s the plan,” Bobbi Kristina said. “It’s my plan. Mine. Yeah.”

Bobbi Kristina accompanied her mother to Whitney’s pre-taped performance on Oprah’s show on Tuesday and she said she is so proud of her mother’s triumphant return.

“Honestly, words can’t explain how proud I am of her, really,” Bobbi Kristina told Oprah as her mother seemed to blush.

Bobbi Kristina said she’s been through a lot with her mom and the two have ended up with a very strong relationship.

“I’ve been there with her through everything and the whole divorce and talking and whatever, but you know, I stay by her side,” the teen said. “That’s like my best friend you know, that’s like my sister.”
