Brandi Glanville Confirms ‘Real Housewives’ Exit

After much speculation, Brandi Glanville has confirmed her departure from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

The television personality and former model revealed the news during Wednesday’s episode of her popular podcast “Unfiltered,” telling fans that her co-stars have “been awesome” and “Bravo will always be my family.”

Discussion surrounding Brandi’s limited future with the reality empire ignited when she Tweeted on June 18 about a “huge decision” she had to make. As previously reported, a source told Access at the time that despite mulling an offer from the network Brandi was not expected to return to the series as a regular cast member.

“After a lot of careful thought and deliberation, I have decided to not return to ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,'” Brandi said on her podcast, before relaying a joke Bravo host and “RHOBH” producer Andy Cohen reportedly said about the channel’s reaching influence.

“Andy said, ‘Bravo is like the mafia, you never really leave,'” Brandi told her “Unfiltered” listeners. “But yeah, they have my number, they know to find me if they need me. I’m very excited for what the future holds.”

Brandi added that she does have “some exciting things” in store she “can’t talk about yet,” possibly hinting toward the potential “Celebrity Apprentice”-style spinoff Andy suggested during a chat with Anderson Cooper last November.
