Bret Michaels Again Denies Reports Of Affair With Miley Cyrus’ Mom

Bret Michaels continues to address a report claiming the rocker had an affair with Miley Cyrus’ mom, Tish.

“The answer is no,” Bret said on Tuesday when asked about last week’s report during an interview on “Fox & Friends.”

“It started out with me and Miley simply working on a song together. Her mom, Tish, likes ‘Every Rose Has Its Thorn,’ the first concert Miley ever saw was Poison, and so they wanted to remake it for the new record,” Bret explained. “When I was in the studio, Miley came in and sang on my song, a song I wrote for my album ‘Custom Built,’ and she came over and sang on that and honestly, she did a beautiful job, and that was it. Then they started with all the controversy.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, last week Us Weekly claimed to have info from a source, which said the 47-year-old Poison frontman was romantically involved with Tish while she was married to Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus – a claim that reps for both Bret and Tish immediately denied last week.

“The reports of my client having an affair with Tish are unfounded and a complete fabrication,” Bret’s rep said in a statement to Access Hollywood at the time. “He has been a close friend of the family for some time and has worked with Miley. It’s unfortunate that the sad breakup of Billy Ray and Tish has to be further tainted with these lies being reported.”

Additionally, a rep for Tish also denied the report to Access.
