Bristol “The Pistol” Palin would be happy to dance her way to the White House as First Daughter.
The 20-year-old “Dancing with the Stars” contestant told Access that she would “love” to see her famous mom – former Alaskan Gov. and Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin – run for President in 2012.
“I would love to see my mom run,” Bristol told Access Hollywood Live’s Kit Hoover, at a Los Angeles rehearsal for “Dancing” on Friday.
A bid for President could explain why Sarah sightings have been few and far between in the audience of Bristol’s reality competition – and Bristol said she is unsure if her mom will be able to cheer her on in person for Monday night’s performance.
“I don’t know,” Bristol told Kit, when asked if Sarah will be in the “Dancing” audience next week. “She’s got a busy schedule!”
Whether she is present in person or rooting her eldest daughter on in spirit, one thing is clear: Sarah “loves” watching “Dancing.”
“[My mom] is having so much fun watching me on the show,” Bristol told Kit. “She’s very proud of me. She just loves watching it and being a part of it.”
