Britney & Cousin Alli Reunite

Earlier this week, Britney Spears’ cousin Alli Sims, finally broke her silence, with a glowing review of the star to People.

“I love her, she’s beautiful inside and out,” Sims told the publication. “We’re still great friends.” But with two outings together over the past two days, could Sims be stepping back into her “assistant” role as well?

Yesterday, it appeared the pop star must have been reading the piece in People, because after several weeks of not seeing the two together, Alli was once again on the arm of cousin Brit.

The two stepped out, hitting LA celebrity hotspot Winston’s on Thursday night. Spears donned a strapless black top, red-tinted sunglasses, and a white handbag.

Following Thursday night’s outing, the cousins were together with Brit’s two sons for a family trip to the vet on Friday afternoon, USmagazine.com reports.

Spears and Sims reportedly took Brit’s new Yorkshire Terrier puppy, London, to the Beverly Hills Small Animal Hospital around 1:00 PM.

Britney, described as being “visibly upset” in the report, sat in her Mercedes with Sean Preston and Jayden James while Sims took the puppy into the Hospital.

Sims returned to the car with London about a half hour later, reportedly telling photographers that the puppy had undergone “just a check-up. She is okay.”

In her interview with People, Sims, who is launching her own signing career, sang the praises of Britney’s parenting skills, which several publications called into question this week.

“She’s a wonderful mom and she is so hands-on,” Sims told People. “Britney loves those babies to death. And they adore her.”
