Britney Gets Three Visits A Week With Kids; Coach Calls Home ‘Chaotic’

After hearing evidence and reading reports from the court-appointed parenting coach, Lisa Hacker, Gordonrevised Spears’ visits to three times a week. According to the orders, she will have two visits with her boys, from 12PM – 7PM and one overnight visit per week, lasting from noon until 10AM the following day.

In addition to the orders, the ruling noted that the parenting coach, who has met with Spears on at least three occasions, made some significant discoveries with regards to how the singer acts with her children.

“Ms. Hacker’s report and her testimony makes it clear that she feels the Petitioner loves her children and the children are bonded to the Petitioner. However, Ms. Hacker made several observations that are of concern. Ms. Hacker expressed concern that many of the Petitioner’s interactions with the children are not child-centered,” the commissioner’s ruling read.

Hacker noted three major concerns with Britney’s parenting – the appropriateness of the activities she chooses for her young boys, the lack of sleeping routines for the kids and the lack of child proofing at Brit’s two houses.

As for the activities, Hacker wrote in her report, “it seems that her choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.”

Hacker’s report noted that inside Spears house, the situation was prone to change at any time.

“The environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all,” she wrote.

She also noted the singer had poor interaction with her boys.

“During all three of my visits Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play,” Hacker added.

“The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful,” Hacker’s report also noted.

Since the initial three visits, Hacker noted that Spears’ interaction with the boys improved, but it wasn’t enough to soften some of the commissioner’s tough orders.

Commissioner Gordon ordered that by Friday, legal teams for Spears and Federline must come up with a specific schedule the parties will have to adhere to for Brit’s visits with her kids. If they don’t, the court will do it during a hearing on Friday.

The court also requested they come up with a holiday schedule.

Britney must continue to meet with Ms. Hacker once a week and submit verification that her homes have been childproofed by Friday.

Additionally, for the next 60 days, the singer will have to submit to two random urine tests, which screen for drugs and alcohol, per week. If she gets through that time without a positive showing up on her test, her random drug and alcohol tests will occur just once a week.
