Britney Spears is a “Slave” for the studio! The superstar has given fans an update on her anticipated ninth album.
Late Thursday night, Brit shared two Instagram photos taken during a recording session with producer Burns and songwriter Mischke Butler.
“Making magic in the studio with @thisisburns4real yesterday!” the 33-year-old wrote alongside her first snap, posing with the British DJ in front of a soundboard.

In the second shot, Britney stands between the hitmakers and foregoes a caption in favor of a goofy face.
The Grammy winner is keeping good creative company. Burns is known for his work with Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding and Pitbull, while Butler has penned hits for the Spice Girls and Michael Jackson.

Britney’s new album doesn’t have a release date yet, but fans can still get a piece of their favorite pop sensation in the meantime.
In September, the mom of two renewed her Las Vegas residency for two more years, and she’s also set to guest-star on CW’s hit dramedy “Jane the Virgin.”
