Britney Spears Open To Eventual Plastic Surgery; Calls Dieting ‘Hell’

Britney Spears is open to the idea of going under the knife someday.

“When it’s time to pull and tuck, I’m sure I will consider it,” the pop star told Out magazine’s April “Ladies We Love” issue.

When asked what her idea of hell is, Brit told the mag, “Being on a diet.”

In the new interview, the singer – who famously locked lips with Madonna at the 2003 VMAs – also said there isn’t a lady she loves enough for which she’d switch teams.

“I only have eyes for men,” the “Hold It Against Me” singer said, but went on to explain that when comes to gay marriage she thinks “everyone should be treated equally.”

According to Brit, her new album, “Femme Fatale,” which drops on March 29, will show off an adult side of the pop star.

“I think ‘Femme Fatale’ is my most upbeat and mature album yet,” she explained. “I collaborated with Will.i.Am. I am a huge fan of [the] Black Eyed Peas, and I have always wanted to work with him. I also worked with a new up-and-coming artist from the L.A. area named Sabi. She raps on a song I love called ‘(Drop Dead) Beautiful.’”

When it comes to her contemporaries, the 29-year-old said she is a fan of some of today’s biggest music stars.

“I love Gaga and Rihanna. Rihanna’s “S & M” is awesome,” she said, going on to call Gaga “unique” and Christina Aguilera “truly talented.”

In another candid moment, Brit spoke about who she thought she might have been in a previous life, if reincarnation exists.

“Audrey Hepburn, because she was a trend setter,” she said, adding in her next life that she like to come back as a bird. “So I can fly.”

In addition to Britney, Madonna will also appear on a dual cover of Out’s “Ladies We Love” issue debuting on March 14.
