Britney To File Restraining Order Against Mom?

Has a reported rift between pop star Britney Spears and her mother Lynne gotten worse?

Paparazzi news agency X17 reported earlier today that Britney is planning to request a restraining order against her own mother. The purpose of the paperwork? To keep Lynne away from Britney’s two sons. The agency claims Lynne is abusing prescription pain medication.

In related news, Spears’website saw some movement this weekend. A new line was added saying,“You’ll never see it my way, because you’re not me.” Also, at the bottom of the website, this line was added, possibly sarcastically if the rumor proves true: “MothertoGrandmother, and my my, you’re grand.”

Reps for both Britney and Lynne could not be reached at press time.
