Newly engaged Carrie Underwood hasn’t decided on a date or a dress for her impending wedding to hockey player fiance Mike Fisher – but the country superstar does know her big day will have Southern flair.
”[I want] a groom, good food and an open bar,” the 26-year-old told People on Wednesday night at the People’s Choice Awards in LA.
Carrie has yet to decide on a designer for her wedding dress, but she already has some ideas for her hair and makeup.
“I’m Southern,” she explained. “I like big hair and eyeliner. I want my wedding day to be me, so I’ll probably be rocking some big hair and some eyeliner.”
And with an upcoming tour kicking off in March, the country singer says she and her fiance rely on technology to make their long distance relationship work.
“We’re big texters,” she told the mag. “We talk on the phone. I-Chatting, I don’t know what we’d do without it to be honest – and face time is the most important. [Mike] looks good in pictures – but he looks better in person.”
