Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco was eliminated from “Dancing with the Stars” on Tuesday night, but don’t feel too bad for the athlete, he’s got a host of available ladies just waiting to cheer him up.
On July 11, Chad’s reality dating show, “Ocho Cinco,” premieres on VH1, and one lady already getting ready to watch will be his “DWTS” partner, Cheryl Burke.
“Me and my girlfriends will be there in my house, watching entertained, pure entertainment,” Cheryl told Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson on Tuesday night following Chad and Cheryl’s elimination.
Cheryl, who Chad flirted with throughout the “DWTS” season, has her own ideas on the type of woman her partner should pick out of his field of potential suitors – a field of 85.
“Someone who is very patient with his 50,000 different personalities and somebody that can just make him happy,” Cheryl said, referencing the mood swings the driven and eccentric professional athlete was known for during their rehearsals. “And a good girl too.”
As for Chad’s feelings on his elimination, as AccessHollywood.com previously pointed out, he was the 100th star cut from the show, a result of the two dances he performed on what would have been the 27th birthday of his late teammate and close personal friend, Chris Henry – No. 15. Chad said his elimination number was significant and he explained it all to Shaun.
“I have a saying, I always say I always add myself – [No.] 85 plus [No.] 15, which is my good friend who passed away. Our saying before every game before he passed was, ‘There’s a hundred ways to be great.’ So this being the 100th elimination… you know, either way it goes, it’s another way for me to be great,” Chad noted.
