Channing Tatum ‘Steps Up’ With A Proposal

Channing Tatum is moving his personal relationship a “step up.”

According to People Magazine, the 28-year-old actor has proposed to his girlfriend, Jenna Dewan.

The two originally met while filming the 2006 romantic dance movie “Step Up.”

Over the weekend, Tatum surprised Dewan in Maui, where he flew her closest friends in before popping the question with a ring by Neil Lane, according to People.

Dewan is an actress and dancer who previously worked with performers including Justin Timberlake, Sean Combs and Janet Jackson.

Tatum’s other film credits include “She’s The Man,” “Coach Carter” and “Stop-Loss.” He also stars as Duke in the upcoming film “G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra.”
