Charlie Sheen has had plenty to say in his recent onslaught of media interviews – now, let’s see how he does with only 140 characters.
That’s right, the embattled “Two and a Half Men” star has joined Twitter!
For his first Tweet, Charlie reiterated his seemingly new victory mantra.
“Winning..!” he wrote on Tuesday afternoon. “Choose your Vice…”
Along with his inaugural message, he included a TwitPic of himself and one of his “goddesses,” Rachel.
In the photo, Charlie – wearing a backwards Cleveland Indians hat (reminiscent of his “Major League” days) – appears to be holding a bottle of chocolate milk, while Rachel is showing off a Naked juice bottle. CLICK HERE to see the full-sized photo.
In his brief Twitter bio on the page, it simply describes Charlie as “Unemployed Winner.”
Among the early fellow Twitter folks Charlie was following after the launch of his page included Howard Stern, Alyssa Milano and Piers Morgan.
While Charlie’s recent antics have polarized his TV co-stars and network executives, it appears the Twitter world is embracing the actor – and quickly.
Just a few hours after launching his Twitter account, which is verified, Charlie had already amassed more than 226,000 followers as of 4:30 PM PST on Tuesday… and climbing.
