Charlie Sheen Pleads Not Guilty To 3 Charges In Aspen

Charlie Sheen has pleaded not guilty to three charges stemming from his Christmas Day alleged altercation with wife Brooke Mueller.

In court on Monday afternoon in Aspen, Colo., the “Two and a Half Men” star pleaded not guilty to felony menacing, misdemeanor third degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

A trial date has been set for July 21.

“Charlie is looking forward for this opportunity to clear his name,” his rep, Stan Rosenfield, said in a statement to Access Hollywood following Monday’s court hearing.

Sheen had been accused of putting a knife to Mueller’s throat during the holiday incident, while the family was on vacation in Aspen – however, Sheen has denied the allegations.

In February, the actor entered a rehab facility for what his rep called “a preventative measure.”

Around that same time, Mueller was also in rehab at a Malibu, Calif., facility.

The couple has two children – 1-year-old twins Max and Bob – who were being cared for by the couple’s nannies during their parents’ time in rehab.
