Charlie Sheen Wants To ‘Roll Like Errol Flynn’; Admits To Being Under The Influence Of A Drug: Himself!

The ever-evolving Charlie Sheen saga continued on Sunday as clips from his new “20/20” interview with Andrea Canning – which will air on Tuesday night, after previews air Monday and Tuesday morning on “Good Morning America” – were released and the actor admitted to being under the influence of… himself.

“I am on a drug,” Charlie told Andrea in the clip. “It’s called Charlie Sheen.”

The “Two and a Half Men” star – who is currently embroiled in a battle with the hit show’s creator/producers — also explained the rationale behind his decision to sit down for an interview, saying, “There’s some wrongs to be righted and some stories to tell.

“People need to hear my side of it,” Charlie added.

In related news, in an interview with GQ magazine for their April issue, the actor said that for “too long” he was “being the guy that I thought they needed me to be and always feeling like I was the last person taken care of in the mix,” but that those days are done.

“That’s over. It’s done,” he told the mag. “It’s pissing everybody off, because they always had an expectation based on predictable reactions. And now they don’t, and they don’t know what to do.”

Charlie also took aim at Alcoholics Anonymous, yet again, saying, “All that s**t was inauthentic.

“It was always for other people. I just wanted to get a job back and get enough money to tell everybody to go f**k themselves and then roll like Errol Flynn and Frank Sinatra—the good parts of those guys.”

Charlie’s “20/20” interview with Andrea Canning will air on Tuesday at 10 PM on ABC.
