Rumer Willis has a dating rumor on her hands, but the “Glee” guy at the center the actress’ latest gossip says they’re “just friends.”
Rumer and “Glee’s” new leading stud, Chord Overstreet, were spotted hand-in-hand over the weekend in Beverly Hills, but he’s denying any budding romance.
“If you go out in public anywhere… people are going to assume you are dating,” Chord told Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM’s “On Air with Ryan Seacrest.” “We’re just friends.”
The actor said the photos in question were due to his lack of dancing skills.
“She tried to get me to dance and I’m not a really good dancer, so I was hesitant on that one,” he said. “You know, there are tons of girls that I’m friends with, and I’m sure if I get snapped with them people are going to think we are dating.”
Adding, “I’m just friends with a lot of different people… [Rumer] is a nice girl.”
