A controversial new photo from the Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva scandal has emerged, but does it support Grigorieva’s claim that the actor hurt their baby daughter?
Radar Online published a photograph of their daughter Lucia that allegedly shows an abrasion on the child’s chin. Radar reported that the alleged abrasion was caused following a fight between the pair on January 6 – when Lucia was two months old.
In audio recordings previously posted on Radar, Grigorieva is heard telling Mel, “You’re acting as a crazy man right now and you have been for many, many months…you hit me and you hit her while she was in my hands…”
The Department of Children and Family Services, who had lawyers at last week’s emergency ex parte custody hearing, are currently involved in the matter.
As of Wednesday morning, Gibson’s rep has not commented to Access Hollywood on the situation.
