Cops Arrest Suspect In Lindsay Lohan Burglary

Eighteen-year-old Nicholas Prugo was arrested for allegedly burglarizing the homes of Lindsay Lohan and “Hills” star Audrina Patridge, LAPD Officer Sara Faden told Access Hollywood on Thursday.

The teenager was taken into custody and charged with felony burglary and was being held on $20,000 bail on Thursday.

The case is being presented and investigated further by the LA DA’s office. Officer Faden had no further information on whether or not there are other suspects at this time.

The alleged burglar was also arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department on August 21 for a currently unknown charge.

As previously reported by AccessHollywood.com, the LAPD previously confirmed to Access that three burglars were captured by security cameras exiting a Hollywood Hills home believed to be Lindsay’s in the early morning of Sunday, August 23. A pair of burglars also attempted unsuccessfully to gain access to the home on May 12.

Patridge’s Hollywood home was allegedly burglarized on February 22 — the same night of the 2008 Oscars. She posted surveillance footage of the alleged suspects breaking in on her blog several days later.
