Cynthia Pasquella’s P.I.N.K. Method Diet Recipes

Nutritionist and author of the P.I.N.K. Method Diet Cynthia Pasquella stopped by Access Hollywood Live with tips on some great youth-boosting foods!

Coconut Water Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup coconut water

1 carrot

1/2 small beet

1 handful spinach

2 tbs. hemp protein powder

1/4 cup chopped dates

12 whole frozen strawberries

Place all ingredients except strawberries in blender and blend for 90 seconds. Add strawberries and blend on high until smooth. Pour in glass and enjoy!

Zucchini Spring Rolls

(serves 6)

Ingredients:

3 zucchini

1 carrot, thinly sliced

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

Soy Sauce or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

Slice zucchini thinly using knife. Add veggies to slice of zucchini and roll. Dip in soy sauce or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos.
