Danai Gurira Previews ‘Intense’ ‘Walking Dead’ Season 5

After watching our “The Walking Dead” ringleader, archer and samurai enter a train car in the show’s Season 4 finale, fans should be worried about what’s next for the gang at Terminus.

“You should be concerned. It’s a dire circumstance, definitely,” Danai Gurira, who plays “samurai” Michonne, told Access Hollywood at the Marie Claire Fresh Faces event in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

“These people are not very nice,” she continued of the Terminus populace, who rounded up Rick’s group and stuck them in a train car. “We’re not checked into the Four Seasons in there, so yeah, it’s a pretty scary thing.”

Season 5 is in the works (premiering in the fall on AMC) and Danai hinted that the situation is very, very bad.

“Now I kind of know some stuff. It was really fun when I didn’t because I’d be like, ‘I know as much as you,’” she said.

“I can tell you that it’s gonna be dire and it’s gonna be intense,” she continued. “It’s all the things you tune in to see. It’ll be that and then some.”
