‘Dancing With The Stars’: Maksim Chmerkovskiy Injures Calf; Won’t Perform On Monday Night

Maksim Chmerkovskiy will not be hitting the ballroom on
Monday night’s “Dancing with the Stars.”

The professional ballroom dancer injured his calf and will
be out this week, Access Hollywood has confirmed. It is unclear when he will
return to compete.

On Monday, “GMA” showed footage of Maks rehearsing
last Friday with his celeb partner, “Glee” alum Heather Morris, when
the injury occurred.

“It’s my calf muscle. It just felt like something hit it,” Maks said in the rehearsal footage.

Another pro — Alan Bersten — will fill in for Maks this week, Access confirmed.
