Danielle Panabaker On ‘The Flash’: ‘The Finale Gives You A Lot Of Answers!’

“The Flash’s” stellar Season 1 run comes to a close on Tuesday night, with more big twists in store for Barry Allen and company.

There have been a few episodes this season in The CW/DC Comics series that felt like cliffhanger finales, and Danielle Panabaker, who stopped by Access Hollywood recently to preview the last few episodes, said the closer – “Fast Enough” – won’t disappoint.

“It’s so flattering that people feel that way because obviously we work our butts off to make the best show possible, so I love that it’s resonating with people, and on top of that, a lot of that credit goes to our writers – our incredible writing staff and they’ve done such a great job throughout the season and they certainly don’t let us down in the finale,” she said.

“The finale gives you a lot of the answers you’ve been wanting,” Danielle continued. “There’s a lot of questions about what’s happening between Eddie and Iris and Barry and what’s going on there and who is Eobard Thawne and is he really going to get what he wants and it answers a few questions, but it also gives you a few more big questions too.”

At WonderCon back in April, it was teased that fans would see Killer Frost, the villain Danielle’s character, Caitlin Snow, turns into. Since Danielle stopped by Access for our interview, that hasn’t happened on the show, so we can only assume it’s a twist pegged to the finale.

“Yes, there certainly was a hint at WonderCon. I mean, I’m really excited for the fans to see Killer Frost. I love her, I’m excited about her, I’m excited about playing her so I can’t wait to see what happens,” the actress said.

“The Flash” Season 1 concludes Tuesday at 8/7c on The CW.
