David Beckham has given us #AgingGoals.
The former soccer star turned 40 on Saturday and joined Instagram in celebration of the milestone mark.
His inaugural Insta post? A shirtless selfie from bed, of course!
“Good morning and hello! It’s great to finally be on Instagram, been a long time coming but I can’t wait to start sharing all my special moments with you,” he captioned the sexy pic. “Thank you for all your birthday messages so far. Looking forward to a great day with friends and family x”
The famed Brit had amassed 2.8 million Instagram followers 17 hours after joining.
He continued to share pics from his birthday morning, including a shot of a pile of presents captioned, “I feel very spoilt this morning! #DB40,” and a cute birthday table set up.
In addition to David’s 40th birthday, Saturday marked the birthday of Prince William and Duchess Kate’s baby daughter.
The soccer star – who attended the royal wedding with wife Victoria back in 2011 – delivered a sweet message to the new princess on Facebook.
“Incredible news. I couldn’t be happier for William and Kate,” he wrote. “Happy to hear that mother and daughter are fine. It’s not a bad day to be born ;-)”
