Denise Richards’ Paparazzi Laptop Tossing Incident

RICHMOND, British Columbia (November 9, 2006) – Denise Richards was involved in a bizarre incident involving paparazzi, an elderly woman and laptop computers while filming her new movie “Blonde and Blonder” in Canada, Access Hollywood has learned.

Richards was shooting a scene for her new film at the River Rock Casino in Richmond, British Columbia when Richards spotted the photographers snapping pics of her.

She approached them and threw two laptops off a hotel balcony, one of which struck an 81-year-old woman in a wheelchair below.

The laptop grazed the woman in the arm.

A rep for Denise told Access Hollywood no one was hurt. The rep also claims the photographers were charged with trespassing.

According to People magazine, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police interviewed both Richards and her co-star, Pamela Anderson, about the incident, and the movie production company agreed to pay for the damages to the photographers’ computers.

The elderly woman was “not interested in pursuing criminal charges,” People added.
