Denise Speaks Out!

Denise Richards has accused her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, of doing a lot of ugly things and Charlie’s dad, Martin Sheen, has heard them all.

And he’s had enough.

”(Charlie) feels he’s under attack,” Martin told Access. “Some of the charges are absolutely outrageous. It’s sad what’s going down. It’s painful, (but) we have to get through it but I think we have to stop all sides at the ready. Stop and say, ‘Cease fire.’”

To that end, Martin called for Charlie and Denise to bury the hatchet.

“He’s holding up pretty well, you know, I was with him yesterday and the kids, Lola and Sam, we had a great day,” Martin explained.

And how does Martin feel about his soon-to-be ex-daughter-in-law now?

Although the legendary actor has not seen Denise since before Christmas, he told Access that he loves and misses her.

“Let’s focus on what is really important here, Lola and Sam,” Martin said. I have every confidence in the world that Charlie and Denise will eventually become friends. It’ll take a while, obviously.”

To say the least.

Angie Harmon, who shot a TV pilot with friend Denise, used to be Charlie’s friend as well but now has Denise’s back!

“You’re very busy working with Denise, how is she at the moment?” Tim Vincent asked.

“She is doing good,” Angie said.

“Do you think this is going to spin itself out in press or keep it low key?” Tim asked.

“I think like everything, it’s going to run its course, and all the truth about all the stories will come out and it will be in her favor. I know that,” Angie said.

But the focus has shifted radically from the accusations Denise made against Charlie in court papers about Charlie?s character and the alleged death threats he made against Denise, to her and Richie Sambora’s love affair!

Apparently, Denise and Richie are more than a fling, claims Us Weekly, who nabbed the first interview with Denise.

But Denise is playing it cool and only revealed to the magazine: “Absolutely I’m open to finding love again. I hope I do get married again.”

And though the love quadrangle is hardly a Hollywood phenomenon — the stars still had their say.

“Is it OK to date a friend’s ex?” Tim asked Eva Mendes.

“If you no longer have feelings and you are OK with it, sure, but if there’s feeling involved, it gets a little tricky,” Eva said.

“Nah, that ain’t cool right there,” Diddy chimed in.

“I would not do it to my best friend personally,” Ivanna Trump told us.

Looks like it’s unanimous!
