Taking the BFF bromance to a new level?
“Dancing with the Stars” pros Derek Hough and Mark Ballas have purchased a house together, according to E!.
The longtime friends bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathoom, bachelor pad in Studio City, Calif., the website reports.
The one-story home boasts 3,235 square feet of room and a mountain view and was sold for $1.275 million, according to Redfin.
Additionally, the home sits on a third of an acre, with two large living areas, a dual-sided fireplace and a wrap-around deck for entertaining.
Mark and Derek (and Derek’s sister, Julianne Hough) have been buds since childhood. Derek and Julianne lived and trained with Mark’s family (legends in the ballroom dance world) when the dancers were kids.
