“Glee” fans were left gasping on Tuesday night when the episode ended in a life and death cliffhanger for one of the show’s main characters.
Dianna Agron’s character, Quinn, was involved in a car accident while she was checking text messages, but the episode ended with her fate up in the air – with only a “To Be Continued” slate popping up in the immediate aftermath.
And in the days leading up to the big episode, Access Hollywood caught up with the actress, where she dished on the road ahead for Quinn.
“A lot of surprising things are happening,” Dianna told Access at the Marni’s H&M launch event in Los Angeles last Friday.
“I really don’t want to say too much because it’s a fun ride if you just stick with it,” she continued. “There are a lot of really surprising things happening.”

Quinn’s possible death comes after the powerful storyline of Kurt’s former bully, David Karofsky (Max Adler), attempting suicide after kids at his new school discovered he was gay.
