As Britney spent the weekend hitting up all her favorite LA hotspots, a report surfaced claiming the pop star had failed one of her court ordered drug tests.
Luckily for Britney, the report was not true. Access Hollywood has learned that no illegal drugs showed up in her drug screenings.
Though nothing illegal showed up, Britney did test positive for Provigil, an anti-narcolepsy drug, which the pop star has been photographed with recentlyaccording to a report on the Web site for OK! magazine. A court appointed doctor prescribed the drug to the singerOK! also reported.
Britney’s troubles only worsened as the weekend wore on.
According to reports, her red light running incident may now be submitted as evidence to block Britney from driving her children.
A source close to K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells Access, he may subpoena the footage of Britney running the red light to bring it before a judge on Wednesday.
K-Fed’s legal team has until tomorrow to decide whether to use the red light running footage against Britney.
