DJ AM’s Sneakers To Hit Auction Block For Recovery Charities

Hundreds of shoes from the late DJ AM’s sneaker collection are set to hit the online auction block for charity.

The auction, which kicks off on eBay at 4:30 PST on Sunday, will give 100 percent of the proceeds to the DJ AM Memorial Fund, which will distribute them to organizations and projects, which deal with recovery.

According to the eBay listing, the auction will run until December 14, with new pairs of kicks added each week.

Both new and used pairs will be sold.

Among the items set to surface in the auction are a pair of Nike Play Station Air Force 1s and a pair of Eminem Air Jordan 4s, the Las Vegas Sun reported.

DJ AM died in August, the result of an accidental overdose.
