Donald Trump Unleashes Election Twitter Tirade, Hollywood Responds

Social media was ablaze on Tuesday night with election-related opinions, and it seems no one was more opinionated than Donald Trump.

The real estate mogul-turned-reality TV personality took to Twitter to make his disapproval of President Barack Obama’s re-election heard.

“We can’t let this happen. We should march on Washington and stop this travesty. Our nation is totally divided!” he wrote. “Lets fight like hell and stop this great and disgusting injustice! The world is laughing at us. We can’t let this happen. We should march on Washington and stop this travesty. Our nation is totally divided!”

Adding, “This election is a total sham and a travesty. We are not a democracy! Our country is now in serious and unprecedented trouble…like never before. The electoral college is a disaster for a democracy. Hopefully the House of Representatives can hold our country together for four more years…stay strong and never give up!”

Hollywood democrats were quick to respond to Trump’s tirade.

Alec Baldwin Tweeted, “You trust the voters when they choose ‘The Apprentice.’ But not now?”

“Modern Family” executive producer Steve Levitan also took a shot at the Donald (and his famous coif), Tweeting, “Hey Trump, did you see Mitt Romney’s concession speech? That’s what graciousness and good hair looks like.”

“Rock Center” anchor/NBC newsman Brian Williams also ripped into Donald on air, saying, “Donald Trump, who has driven well past the last exit to relevance and peered into something closer to irresponsible here, is tweeting tonight.”
Adding, “So there you have that. That happened.”
