Dr. Arnie Klein Sues Jackson Estate

Dr. Arnie Klein has sued the estate of former client Michael Jackson, according to court papers obtained by Access Hollywood.

The dermatologist has asked for $48,522.89 for services he claims he rendered from March 23, 2009 to June 22, 2009 – just three days before the King of Pop’s death.

In the papers, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, Klein listed over 100 procedures and medications allegedly supplied to Jackson, including charges for botox, restalyne (a line-filler/wrinkle treatment), “nutritic lips,” “IM injection” and even sunscreen.

to see the court papers.

He also gave Jackson Latanaprost – a glaucoma medication.

Though the doctor has taken legal action against his late friend’s estate, Klein seems to still have fond feelings for the star.

Klein – who opened up the possibility that he could be the father of Jackson’s three children on an appearance on “Larry King Live” earlier this year – Tweeted positively about the star’s new concert film on Tuesday.

“I have seen ‘This Is It’ took my breath away,” he Tweeted. “My friend, you will be missed.”
