Duchess Kate Plays Volleyball In Four-Inch Heels For First Solo Post-Baby Outing

Is there anything Kate can’t do?

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, played volleyball at a SportsAid charity event at London’s Olympic Park on Friday – and she did it all in 4-inch wedge heels!

The 31-year-old new mom – who left Prince William and baby George at home for the event – looked super svelte in a dark denim jeggings, a striped top and navy blazer as she took to the court.

“She was really good,” Jordan Dalrymple, a volleyball player who’s benefitted from SportsAid, told People of Kate’s volleyball skills. “She told me she has played beach volleyball before.

“We were quite impressed,” he continued. “She had the basic skills down – and in heels.”

The SportsAid event marked Kate’s first solo outing since she gave birth to Prince George on July 22. The royal baby will be christened on Wednesday at St. James’ Palace’s Chapel Royal.
