“Duck Dynasty” star Sadie Robertson was a long way from Louisiana this week when she hit the runway during New York Fashion Week – and the 16-year-old loved every high-fashion second of it!
Access Hollywood caught up with the breakout model following the Evening By Sherri Hill Spring 2014 show.
“This is absolutely insane. I never imagined me being in this position but couldn’t be more happy though,” she said.

The reality TV star might have gone glam, but she told Access she’s still in touch with her less-than-metropolitan roots.
“I’m a Louisiana girl, so I like doing this, but I also like going mud riding,” she explained. “I get the best of both worlds.”

Dad Willie Robertson did have a few fashion rules for his daughter before hitting the runway.
“In picking out all of the dresses, my daddy said definitely daddy-approved dresses,” she told Access.
Sadie has partnered with Sherri Hill to design a collection of prom dresses called Sadie Robertson Live Original – and it’s already helping her dating life!
“Some guy came up to me and said, ‘So I know you’re in a prom dress line thing. Do you have anywhere to wear those dresses?’” she said. “It was very smooth, so I’m going to prom this year and I’m so excited!”
