Dwayne Johnson Battles Earthquake Aftermath In ‘San Andreas’ Trailer (Watch)

Dwayne Johnson gets rocked (yep, we went there, sorry!) by a massive earthquake in the upcoming “San Andreas” movie.

The first trailer for the terrifying action thriller has been released, in which fans get a glimpse of The Rock (who plays a rescue-chopper pilot in the Brad Peyton film) as he struggles to help save people in the aftermath of an enormous California quake.

The two-minute clip is set to a slow, eerie, piano-heavy version of The Mamas and The Papas “California Dreaming,” as flashes of crumbling skyscrapers and explosions flash across the screen.

The iconic Hollywood Sign also falls victim to the shaker in the trailer, as letters tumble from the hilltop.

“Everybody down!” warns The Rock, as a giant dam disintegrates, sending a wall of water violently crashing down.

Dwayne posted the trailer on Twitter on Tuesday, along with a message of gratitude to his fans for the positive response.

“Tremors felt around the world. Incredible to see your reactions. #SANANDREAS #WhereWillYouBe,” he Tweeted.

“San Andreas,” which also stars Carla Gugino and Paul Giamatti, hits theaters on May 29, 2015.
