Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Reveals Pamela Anderson Is In ‘Baywatch’ Movie

Pamela Anderson has joined the cast of the “Baywatch” film.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced the news on his Instagram account on Thursday night. 

“She introduced the world to ‘CJ Parker’ and became one of the most iconic characters of a generation – for the most successful TV show of all time,” Dwayne wrote, next to a photo showing him with an arm around the actress.

“A pleasure to welcome (as gorgeous as ever) Pamela Anderson to our #BAYWATCH cast. We couldn’t have made this movie without you. Welcome home. Thrilled you had a blast with us!” he concluded. 

Later, Dwayne added on Twitter, “She came to
play and have a blast. That’s exactly what we all did. #Icon #Baywatch

The “Baywatch” film stars Dwayne, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, Prinyanka Chopra and Kelly Rohrbach, who is playing the C.J. Parker character. 

David Hasselhoff, who played Mitch Buchannon in the TV series (Dwayne’s part in the movie), is also featured in the “Baywatch” film. 

“Baywatch” hits theaters on May 19, 2017.
