‘DWTS’ Pro Mark Ballas Released From Hospital Following Injury

“Dancing with the Stars” pro Mark Ballas has been released from the hospital following treatment for an injury sustained while prepping for the show’s finals, Access Hollywood has learned.

On Sunday, while rehearsing his freestyle with partner Candace Cameron Bure, Mark was injured, his rep told People.com.

“Mark was seriously injured during camera blocking,” Mark’s rep told the mag’s website. “His shoulder popped out during a lift and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he was treated and released.”

The injury happened while Ballas was performing a move that required him to lift the former “Full House” star, according to People.

A rep for “DWTS” told Access Hollywood on Sunday evening that there was no word about whether the pro will be able to dance in the final part of the competition on Monday night.
